What is 'stress'? It's rather illusive, isn't it!?
That is the magical question, really. So I'll start there. I recall when I was first told to 'reduce my stress', I replied with 'I'm not stressed'.
I was a high-functioning business owner with a million clients and mind that never stopped.
I had PTSD, anxiety, depression and a bucket-load of symptoms too. Luckily for me, I developed Chronic Fatigue, and that's where my stress-transformation journey really took off.
It took me years to recognise that it was actually my nervous system, and not âmeâ, that was behind all of this drama.Â
Similarly, my clients (before me!) had tried multiple programs with the aim of building a sustainable healthy lifestyle that brought with it the best physical and emotional health of their lives.
But, they also never succeeded at it.
The problem is, that whilst it can be tempting to focus purely on the physical, the answers lie on the inside. The nervous system, and your STRESS LEVELS, are probably the number one thing that's getting in between you, and your most healthy self.Â

ABOUT ME
I have been a women’s health and fitness coach for over 20 years, gathering more wisdom with every year that passes by. I have worked with women in Australia and overseas, including sports competitors, and everyday women.
After focussing purely on nutrition and training, eventually I saw with myself and the women I coached that it was our nervous system that was solely responsible for failed efforts at maximising health, and that by regulating it, we can start laying foundations towards a healthier future.
Without regulating my own nervous system, I would never have healed my trauma, stopped reaching for sugary snacks, relying on caffeine and I would still be engaging in toxic relationships that pushed me father and father way from my goal of optimal health and happiness. I would still be suffering depression and chronic fatigue.
So this course is really a stepping stone to have you thinking about your health in a way that is more long-lasting – by supporting your nervous system from the ground up.
