Physical Assessment & Mapping
We start exactly where you are today. In our first session, we conduct a comprehensive physical assessment to map your current mobility, movement patterns, and any past or current injuries. This ensures we build a bulletproof baseline tailored entirely to your unique structure.
Structural Conditioning & Resilience
Before we load your body or build intensity, we build your foundations. In this phase, we focus heavily on strengthening your posterior chain and 'awakening' stabilising muscles. This prepares your joints, tendons, and connective tissues for complex, compound lifts, ensuring you build muscle and bone density safely and effectively over time.
Increasing Strength & Capacity
This is where the real transformation happens! Here we build pure strength, focusing on compound lifts to maximise results. We don't just build physical power and lean muscle; we systematically expand your nervous system capacity and unlock a deep sense of unshakeable self-confidence.

Nervous System Aware
I don't push you beyond healthy limits or leave you unable to walk for days. I build sessions which build capacity in your body and nervous system and increase body confidence and composition.
Technique Focussed
Technique is key to building a strong, healthy body in the long term. I teach you foundational movement patterns and advanced exercises so you feel confident training without me in the long-term.
Muscle-Centric
Without muscle, metabolic health, brain health and body composition can become compromised. Training sessions are created to optimise muscle gains and increase strength over time.

Personal training has always been central to my women's health coaching practice - it’s where this work began over 20 years ago.
My passion for supporting women’s health and wellbeing started early in life and has evolved into a holistic approach that includes training, nutrition, weight‑loss, naturopathy, and somatic embodiment support for women Australia‑wide.
After years of building a strong presence in Canberra, I made the move to the Gold Coast in December 2025. I entrusted my Canberra clients to Emily, whose integrity, passion and skill have not only met but exceeded expectations, both for myself and for the women we support.
I train clients from an exclusive, full-equipped studio in Nerang, catering to women across the Gold Coast region - including Mudgeeraba, Tallai, Gilston, Carrara, and Robina - who value privacy and elite clinical expertise.

For women who want a training program to complete in your own time alongside your weekly PT sessions. Programs are tailored to your home equipment or your preferred commercial gym.
Personal Training + Programming & Nutrition

One personal training session weekly, a meal plan and training program to complete outside of your PT sessions. Check-ins included if you have a body-transformation goal.
